Ranjini said that she is a feminist

Popular television anchor and actress Ranjini Haridas said in an interview that she is a feminist in real life. In the upcoming movie by Shyam, “Otta Oruthiyum Shariyalla” Ranjini plays one of the central characters named Kayal. “The character of Kayal is that she is a feminist and highlights women empowerment”, she added. In her debut movie “Entry” too she was seen playing a bold character.

       Director Shyam said that unlike the title indicates, movie is not the one that tries to degrade women. Praveen of “Nee Ko Njaa Cha” fame, Parameshwar, and Mariya are the other main actors in the movie “Otta Oruthiyum Shariyalla”.
